Round Tables
• 48 inch round tables seat four people comfortably
• 60 inch round tables seat eight people comfortably
• Allow 60” between tables for chair space, guest and server movement
• Divide the room square footage by twelve to determine maximum comfortable seating
Rectangular Tables
• 6 foot banquet tables seat six to eight people
• 8 foot banquet tables seat eight to ten people
• Allow 48 inches between tables for back to back seating
• Divide the room area in square feet by ten for maximum comfortable seating
Dance Floors
• Use of dance floor outside will require tarping at additional cost
• Note: Dance floor will follow contour of underlying surface
• Assembly of dance floor from 3 foot by 3 foot sections is required
• Size Guidelines:
o 50 guests 16 dancers 9’ x 9’
o 100 guests 30 dancers 12’ x 12’
o 150 guests 50 dancers 15’ x 15’
o 200 guests 70 dancers 18’ x 18’
o 275 guests 90 dancers 21’ x 21’
Patio Heaters
• 40,000 Btu patio heaters will warm a 12 foot diameter area
• A five gallon bottle of propane will last five to six hours typically
Party Tents
Seating allowance – per person:
Banquet: Rectangular or round tables 15 square feet
Cocktails parties and receptions, standing or seated 10 square feet
Theater Seating: Chairs in rows 10 square feet
Classroom seating: Tables and chairs in rows 15 square feet
